Northend is a great place to live! The office staff is helpful and friendly. Any maintenance requests have been resolved in a reasonable time. The apartments are a good value for the price. There is a sense of community with the monthly brunches and happy hours. Additionally, it is close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. It is also close to the Katy trail. I would recommend living at Northend.

My experience at Northend Apartments has been great! The leasing office staff are really nice. The property is well kept, landscaping crew comes weekly. The apartments are well insulated (as least my building located in the back). Noise from the neighboring apartments you do NOT hear!

Initially the apartment was a little more than we wanted to pay but we have found that is it worth it! Grounds are very well maintained, management is friendly, quick to respond and often address issues before we even notice. Neighbors are quiet and respectful.
